TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION


21.1 Assisting person's rehabilitation - Subject to the Commissioner's directives, where in the opinion of the member in charge of a penitentiary it would assist the rehabilitation of a person who has been released on parole or subject to mandatory supervision pursuant to the Parole Act to allow that person to be temporarily accommodated in that penitentiary, the member in charge may, on the request of the person, allow the person to stay temporarily in the penitentiary for such period of time and subject to such conditions as are specified by the member in accordance with the Commissioner's directives.
