| 21. Where an inmate is discharged he shall be given, in accordance with directives, | ||

(a)
|
at public expense, an issue of civilian clothing suitable to the season and other necessities, | |
|
(b)
|
travelling and living expenses at public expense, to | |
|
(i)
|
the place where he was convicted, | |
|
(ii)
|
another place not further distant, if he so elects, or | |
|
(iii)
|
any place in Canada, with the special approval of the Commissioner, and | |
|
(c)
|
the moneys standing to his credit in the accounts of the institution. | |
