| 25.
(1) No inmate shall conduct a business while he is in custody unless he
first obtains the approval of the Commissioner or other officer designated
by the Commissioner. |
| (2) The Commissioner or an officer designated by him under subsection (1) may grant approval under that subsection subject to such conditions as to the Commissioner or that officer seem appropriate, and may at any time withdraw such approval. |
| (3) Notwithstanding subsections (1) and (2), an inmate shall be allowed an opportunity and reasonable assistance to wind up his business or have it operated on his behalf. |
