These Regulations Were repealed and replaced November 1, 1992 (SOR/92-620) by the Corrections and Conditional Release Act. The Penitentiary Inmates Accident Compensation Regulations remain in the service for reference purposes.

Order (CRC, Vol. III, c336) was repealed and replaced by The Penitentiary Inmates
Accident Compensation Regulations (SOR/82-385), effective April 1, 1982. These
Regulations were made pursuant to s29(1) of the Penitentiary Act, s6 of the Pension
Act and Solicitor General Vote No.5 of Appropriation Act No.4, 1973. It is printed
as amended by SOR/82-1040, SOR/83-687, SOR/86-630 and SOR/87-536.
