Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Solicitor General of Canada, pursuant to paragraph 15.6(2)(a) of the Parole Act, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Order respecting the designation of penitentiaries as community-based residential facilities.

ORDER RESPECTING THE DESIGNATION OF PENITENTIARIES
AS COMMUNITY-BASED RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES
Short Title

1. This Order may be cited as the Community-Based Residential Facilities Designation Order.

Interpretation

2. In this Order, "penitentiary" means any penitentiary listed in the schedule. (penitencier)

Designation

3. Every penitentiary is designated as a community-based residential facility.
