Repealed
This Act was repealed and replaced November 1, 1992 (51/92-197) by the Corrections and Conditional Release Act. The Parole Act remains in the service for reference purposes.

    Note -This Act has been consolidated and revised by RSC 1985 cP-2, effective December 12, 1988. It is printed as amended by RSC 1985 c27 (1 Supp) s201, effective December 12, 1988; c34 (2nd Supp) s1-8, 13, effective December 12, 1988;c35 (2nd Supp) s1-14 effective December 12, 1988.
    The case annotations have been decided under the former Parole Act (RSC 1970 cP-2).
