Where, pursuant to subsection (1), the Board conducts a day parole review in respect of an inmate serving a term of imprisonment of three years or less, the Board shall also decide whether to grant or deny full parole, to be effective on the inmate's full parole eligibility date, or to defer a decision respecting full parole.
