An Act to provide pensions and other benefits to or
in respect of members of the Canadian naval, army and
air forces and of the Canadian Forces


SHORT TITLE
 
1. Short title - This Act may be cited as the Pension Act.

INTERPRETATION
 
3. Definitions - In this Act,
 
                 
 
  "Commission" [Repealed, 1995, c. 18, s. 46]
 
                 
 
  "pension" means a pension payable under this Act on account of the death or disability of a member of the forces, including a final payment referred to in Schedule I;
 
                 
 
  "pensioner" means a person who has been awarded a pension;
