| 17. Warrant Ineffective to Specify Correctional Insitution - A person who is sentenced, committed or transferred to a correctional institution may be received into any correctional institution, as directed by the Ministry, and any designation of a particular correctional institution in a warrant of committal is of no force or effect. |
