(a)
|
the correctional institution or any part of the correctional institution; | ||
|
(b)
|
the person of any inmate or other person on the premises of the correctional institution; | ||
|
(c)
|
the property of any inmate or other person on the premises of the correctional institution; | ||
|
(d)
|
any vehicle entering or on the premises of the correctional institution. | ||
| (2) Contraband - Any contraband found during a search may be seized and disposed of in the prescribed manner. | |||
| (3) Same - For the purpose of subsection (2), | |||
 "contraband" means,
|
|||
|
(a)
|
anything that an inmate is not authorized to have, | ||
|
(b)
|
anything that an inmate is authorized to have but in a place where he or she is not authorized to have it, | ||
|
(c)
|
anything that an inmate is authorized to have but in a quantity that he or she is not authorized to have it, and | ||
|
(d)
|
anything that an inmate is authorized to have but which is being used for a purpose for which he or she is not authorized to use it. | ||
