| 36. (1) Revocation of Parole Before Release - Where parole has been granted but the inmate has not yet been released from custody on parole, the Board may revoke its grant of parole if, | ||

(a)

it obtains new information that is relevant to its decision to grant parole; or | |
|
(b)
|
the inmate requests that the grant be revoked. | |
| (2) New Hearing - Where the Board has revoked a grant of parole under clause (1) (a), the Board shall hold a new hearing to determine whether to grant parole or not, unless the inmate waives his or her right to the hearing. Powers | ||
| (3) Powers - After the hearing under subsection (2), the Board may, | ||

(a)

grant parole upon the conditions that it considers appropriate; or | |
|
(b)
|
deny parole. | |
