| 33. (1) Board Chair and Quorum - The Lieutenant Governor in Council may designate one of the members of the Board to be the chair thereof. R.S.O. 1990, c. M.22, s. 33 (1). | ||
| (2) Same - Two members of the Board constitute a quorum, but if the Board fails to reach a decision on any matter, question or thing that was examined or heard by only two members, the Board shall re-examine or rehear the matter, question or thing. 1996, c. 1, Sched. P, s. 1. | ||
