| 14.2 Maximum and Medium Security Custody Programs - The Minister may establish in correctional institutions, | ||

(a)

maximum security custody programs, in which restrictions are continuously imposed on the liberty of inmates by physical barriers, close staff supervision or limited access to the community; and | |
|
(b)
|
medium security custody programs, in which restrictions that are less stringent than in a maximum security custody program are imposed on the liberty of inmates. | |
