| 21. (1) Useof Correctional Insitution Lock-up - The Minister may designate a correctional institution for use by a municipality as a lock-up and, where the Minister makes such a designation, the Minister shall fix a rate per day for persons in custody in the lock-up. | ||
| (2) Payment by Municipality - The municipality shall pay to the Minister of Finance annually the rate per day that is fixed under subsection (1) for persons in custody in the lock-up during the year. | ||
