| 38. Duty to Submit Information to Board - When required by the Board, it is the duty of every person having information relevant to the suitability of an inmate to be paroled or released on a temporary absence to submit such information to the Board or to a person employed in the administration of this Act and authorized by the Ministry for the purpose. |
