| 35. (1) Granting of Parole - Subject to the regulations, the Board may order the release from custody on parole of any inmate convicted of an offence under any Act of the Legislature, any Act of the Parliament of Canada or against a municipal by-law upon such conditions as the Board may determine. R.S.O. 1990, c. M.22, s. 35. | ||
| (2) Application for Parole - Upon an application by an inmate for parole, the Board shall, | ||

(a)

grant parole upon the conditions that it considers appropriate; or | |

(b)
|
deny parole. | |
