| 34.1
(1) Exclusive Jurisdiction of Board - The Board has exclusive jurisdiction to examine, hear and determine all matters and questions relating to the release of inmates on parole and any matter or thing in respect of which any power, authority or discretion is conferred upon the Board by or under this Act or which is conferred upon a provincial parole board by the Corrections and Conditional Release Act (Canada).

Remission - The Board has exclusive jurisdiction in the prescribed circumstances to determine whether an inmate has earned remission under subsection 6 (1) of the Prisons and Reformatories Act (Canada) or section 28 of this Act.

Decisions Final - Any action or decision of the Board on a matter, question or thing for which it has exclusive jurisdiction is final and conclusive and is not open to question or review in any court and no proceedings by or before the Board shall be restrained by injunction, prohibition or other process or proceeding in any court or be removable by application for judicial review or otherwise into any court.
