| 57.2 (1) Contractor not Crown Agent - A contractor and the persons employed by a contractor are not agents of Her Majesty for any purpose, despite the Crown Agency Act, and shall not hold themselves out as agents of Her Majesty for any purpose. 2000, c. 40, s. 14. | ||
| (2) Not Crown Employees - A contractor and the persons employed by a contractor shall be deemed not to be employed by the Crown and are not Crown employees within the meaning of the Public Service Act. 2000, c. 40, s. 14. | ||
