for the discipline or transfer of inmates or young persons; | |

(a.1)

for the determination of earned remission of inmates; | |
|
(b)
|
for the grievances of inmates or young persons; | |
|
(c)
|
in respect of a review of a complaint under section 56; | |
|
(d)
|
for the authorization of temporary absences for inmates or temporary release for young persons; or | |
|
(e)
|
