BY THE YOUTH

6. Where a youth supervisor believes that a youth
(a)	has injured himself or others,
(b)	has extensively damaged property,
(c)	is physically or mentally ill, or
(d)	may injure himself or others, extensively damage property, or become physically or mentally ill,
the youth supervisor shall forthwith advise the director.
