(a)

is a mentally disordered person, and | |

(b)
|
requires | |
|
(i)
|
medical treatment in a Provincial mental health facility designated under the Mental Health Act, and | |
|
(ii)
|
care, supervision and control in a Provincial mental health facility for his own protection or welfare, or for the protection of others, | |
| the medical officer shall so advise the director and assist him in arranging removal or transfer of the inmate to a Provincial mental health facility. | ||
