| 29. Where an officer has reasonable and probable grounds to believe an inmate has committed or is committing a breach of the rules or regulations of the correctional centre, the officer shall, | ||

where circumstances allow, stop the breach and explain to the inmate the nature of the breach, and | |

(b)

where the person aggrieved by the alleged breach consents, allow the inmate to correct the breach, where possible, and make amends to the person aggrieved. | |
