BACK PREVIOUS SECTION NEXT SECTION BACK PREVIOUS SECTION NEXT SECTION | 23. (1) On or before November 1 in each year, the minister must prepare an annual report to be laid before the Legislative Assembly. | ||
| (2) The annual report must contain the following: | ||

(a)
|
a full and accurate statement of the condition and management of the correctional centres in British Columbia; | |
|
(b)
|
a full and accurate statement of the provision made for the accommodation, treatment and training of inmates; | |
|
(c)
|
suggestions for improvement as the minister may consider necessary; | |
|
(d)
|
reports and statistical information as the minister may require. | |
