General Powers of Judge

24. (1) The judge may at any time make any orders that the judge considers necessary in the interests of justice, including an order setting time limits.
    (2) Where the judge is satisfied that it is necessary to do so, in the interest of public morals or for the maintenance of order or the proper administration of justice, the judge may, at any time,
 (a)
order a total or partial ban on the publication of any evidence; or
 (b)
order that the hearing be held in camera.
